The Detailed Process: How It Works
1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

2 Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RA)
We’ll email you within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions on where to ship the item. Do not ship anything without an RA number—it helps us track your return efficiently.
3 Ship the Item Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RA number inside the package. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4 Our Inspection & Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return at our hub (typically within 10-15 business days for international returns), our quality crew will inspect it.
- Approved Refund: We’ll process the refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Approved Exchange: We’ll ship the replacement item to you. If the desired size/color is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Refund Timeline & Method
Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (PayPal is often fastest).

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and performance integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Bodysuits: Due to their close-fitting, intimate nature.
- Bearings & Belts: Once installed or used, as they are considered worn and their performance integrity cannot be verified.
- Bottles & Drinkware: For hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken or it has been used.
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
All items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
Need a different size in your Activewear or a different color in your Bindings? We offer exchanges for available stock. The process is the same as a return—initiate a request, and specify you want an exchange. We’ll handle the rest. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s lower, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
International Returns
As a global brand shipping worldwide (excluding some remote regions), we accept international returns. The 15-day window applies from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and potential customs duties on the returned package. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
