3.2 Product Integrity & Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and performance integrity, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

- Bearings & Belts: Once installed or used, as performance integrity cannot be verified.
- Bottles & Drinkware: For hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken or used.

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.
- International Customers: You are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
5.2 Process

- Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship without an RA.
- Ship Back: Ship the item securely with the RA number included. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is ours.
- Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process an approved refund or exchange.
5.3 Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Exchanges: Available for size/color, subject to stock. Price differences will be adjusted.
- International returns are subject to the same 15-day window. Customers bear return shipping and potential customs costs.
